Since it's inception, NAMH has advised and assisted homeowners with the procedures to achieve fair and satisfactory resolutions to conflicts with park owners. Our purpose is to educate and inform manufactured homeowners and renters about their rights, assist in ensuring park compliance with state and local statutes, and represent members before legislative bodies. We will lobby, testify, and communicate with elected officials on behalf of manufactured home communities when a legislative bill might concern our rights and welfare.

NAMH can help and improve your rights both here in Nevada and nationally. Manufactured home living is the chosen lifestyle for thousands of Nevada residents in virtually every part of the state. Through the efforts of NAMH, with legislative support, we fought for the passage of NRS118B, the landmark state law that empowers the Manufactured Housing Division of the State of Nevada to enforce Nevada laws. Since its enactment, thousands of homeowners have benefited from the widespread enforcement of our state's landlord-homeowners laws. As more communities shift from being "mom and pop" owned to being corporate owned, the need for these laws has increased.
